ompetitors shall meet the requirements of World Sailing Regulation 19-Eligibility Code.

Competitors shall be members of an O’pen Skiff National Class Association recognised by the International Open Skiff Class.

A competitor shall have participated in their National O’pen Cup, or a National Championship of any World Sailing member class, prior to this event.
